Moby - Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad? (Bandhub collab)

Moby has been a massive influence on me when it comes to making music. This song comes from his 1999 album Play, which remains one of my all-time favourites. After listening to Moby, I decided to venture into the realm of loops and samples. I was fascinated by the whole concept of sampling, how an element from one song can be utilised in a completely different song in such a creative way! This proved to be a lot of fun, because up to that point I had been writing instrumental works exclusively using General MIDI. I first discovered MIDI in high school, and still use it to this day while continuing to find new uses for it thus proving its versatility. As for this collab, it was my first one with arejay222. The two of us would go on to do a number of reggae collabs together, which proved somewhat easier for me being a keyboard player!
